Dr. Christian W. Probst (Dr.-Ing. & Dipl.-Inform.) is a Senior Consultant at RMTP. Before joining RMTP in 2020, Christian Probst was the responsible head of cyber security research and head of the Institute of Computer Science at Unitec Institute of Technology in Auckland, New Zealand.
He also has many years of experience as a researcher and project manager with industrial and academic research and development in the area of security and safety at all levels from embedded systems to organizational security.
Today he is working for RMTP in the areas of information security and cyber security including the optimization of processes for secure software development and all security aspects of embedded systems.
Ralf Mekelberger

Ralf Mekelberger (Dipl. -Ing.) is Managing Director and Senior Consultant at RMTP. Before founding RMTP in 2011, he held various IT management positions at IT service providers and one of the largest mass transit companies in the world. There he was mainly responsible for the creation and implementation of ISMS including the certification according to DIN ISO 27001.
Today, in addition to managing the company and business model and IT strategy development, Ralf Mekelberger is primarily active as a consultant in the competence field of information security and IT governance/IT strategy.

Dr. Frank Knauer

Dr. Frank Knauer (Dr.-Ing. & Dipl.-Inform.) is Partner and Senior Management Consultant at RMTP. Before joining RMTP in 2013, Frank Knauer worked in various management positions, including over 10 years for Volkswagen/gedas and then for T-Systems, managing up to 1,350 employees in his role as Executive VP. During his time as a Director at EDS and later at HP, he was responsible for the Outsourcing and IT Services business units for internationally operating Enterprise Accounts in the Consumer Industry, Retail and ICT sectors.
Today he is working for RMTP in the competence area IT Governance / IT Strategy. His tasks at our customers include the development and implementation of concepts for business IT alignment, process analyses and contract negotiations as well as program management / multi-project management of large projects. Due to his many years of management experience in large companies, he also assumes functions as interim manager.
Christopher Thompson

Christopher Thompson (Dipl.-Kfm.) is Partner and Senior Consultant at RMTP. Before joining RMTP in 2014, Christopher Thompson was employed as CISO at a globally operating logistics group. He also gained many years of experience as an internationally active ICT auditor at group companies and medium-sized enterprises.
Today, he works for RMTP primarily in international and national projects in the competence field of information security. Among other things, he is externally contracted as CISO/ISO, implements management systems (ISMS), develops information and ICT security concepts and accompanies quality checks and audits.

Marlis Sørensen
Senior Consultant
Marlis Sørensen is a senior consultant at RMTP. Before joining RMTP in 2018, she was a project manager at an IT service provider. She acted as program manager, project manager or rollout manager in international projects. Furthermore, as a quality management representative, she has experience in setting up and certifying quality management systems.
Today she is working for RMTP in the area of information security and IT governance, among others for the optimization of organizations and processes, program management, project management, project reviews, quality management, coaching and moderation.
